powers conferred under clause (a) of Section 3 of the

Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious

Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (Act No.27 of 2009),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the

Veterinary Surgeon or Veterinary Assistant Surgeon of

the Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen

Welfare Department of the State Government to be the

“Veterinarians” within the local limits of their respective

jurisdiction.

திருநெல்வேலி, த‡ொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்ப்பட

வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
