NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND

ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu have already been satisﬁ ed that the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below

have to be acquired for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing LC.No.2 at Railway km 1034/1035

between - Pattabiram and Pattabiram west Railway Stations and it has already been decided that the amount of

Compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief

Engineer, NABARD and Rural Roads, Chengalpattu, Highways Department and having considered the cause shown

by the owners or other persons having and interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following

notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002.)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an

extent of 106 Sq.mtrs of dry lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for

highways purpose to wit, for Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing LC.No.2 at Railway km 1034 / 1035

between – Pattabiram and Pattabiram west Railway Stations in Thandurai (Pattabiram) Village, Avadi Taluk of

Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (LA&M), Chennai

Schedule below have to be acquired 499 Sq.mtrs of Dry and Ryot Manavari lands for the formation of Road

Over Bridge in lieu of existing L.C.No.16 as Railway Km 38/22 to 38/24 near Putlur Railway Station at Km 1/8 of

Tirupathi-Renigunta–Tiruthani–Chennai Road NH205 to Putlur Road and it have already been decided that the

amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the

Chief Engineer, NABARD and Rural Roads (Construction and Maintenance), Highways Department, Chengalpattu

and having considered the cause shown by the ownersor other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the

case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001,(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 499 Sq.mtrs of Dry and

Ryot Manavari lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for highways purpose

to wit, for the formation of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing L.C.No.16 as Railway Km 38/22 to 38/24 near Putlur

Railway Station at Km 1/8 of Tirupathi- Renigunta–Tiruthani–Chennai Road NH205 to Putlur Road in Putlur and

Kakkalur Villages, Tiruvallur Taluk and District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (LA&M), Chennai

may be inspected on any day during oﬃ ce hours.

NABARD and Rural Roads, Chengalpattu, Highways Department and having considered the cause shown

by the owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby

publish the following notice under sub- section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
