Subordinate Judges to be appointed for the Subordinate

Judge’s Court at Srivaikuntam in Thoothukudi District as

one with eﬀ ect from the date on which the Subordinate

Judge, Srivaikuntam assumes charge of that Court.

District as the place at which the Subordinate Judge’s

Court, Srivaikuntam shall be held.

conferred by Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Civil

Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby directs that in the

District of Thoothukudi, the Subordinate Judge’s

Court at Tiruchendur shall cease to have jurisdiction

over the District Munsif’s Court, Srivaikuntam and

hereby ﬁ xes the local limits of the District Munsif’s

Court, Srivaikuntam as the local limits of jurisdiction

of the Subordinate Judge’s Court at Srivaikuntam

with eﬀ ect from the date on which the Subordinate

Judge, Srivaikuntam assumes charge of that Court .

the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of

Section 215 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988

No. II(2)/FIN/330/2023.— In exercise of the powers

conferred by clause (bb) of Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu

Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43

of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby entrust the

preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) and carrying

out a baseline survey in respect of 10 beaches under the

Blue Flag Beach Certiﬁ cation Programme in Tamil Nadu

by National Centre for Sustainable Coastal Management

(NCSCM).
