NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ

WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION)

ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for widening of SH-115,

Cheyyur - Vandavasi - Polur Road from KM 81/400 to KM 82/920 at Chetpet-II (Addl) Village, Chetpet Taluk,

Tiruvannamalai District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded

for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Vandavasi (CKICP),

Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as

the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act,

2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Wet lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and

measuring to an extent of 130 sq.mtr., are acquired in Chetpet-II (Addl) Village, Chetpet Taluk,

Tiruvannamalai District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial

Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-115, Cheyyur - Vandavasi -

Polur Road from KM 81/400 to KM 82/920.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land

Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kanchipuram and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar

(Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Cheyyur in Chengalpattu District which may

be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

of SH-115, Cheyyur - Vandavasi - Polur Road from KM 51/950 to KM 53/000 at 12.Kilsathamangalam-II (Addl.) Village

in Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H),

Vandavasi (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having

interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of

wit for strengthening and widening of SH-115, Cheyyur - Vandavasi - Polur Road from KM 51/950 to KM 53/000.
