NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND

FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

No. VI(1)/254(a-1)/2023.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below

have to be acquired for industrial purposes to wit to the formation of Corridor MMCS - 52 Kaliamman

Kovil Street Road Widening (Part 2) and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to

be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule

below and measuring 2032 Sq.mts. to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the

formation of "Corridor MMCS - 52 Kaliamman Kovil Street Road Widening (Part 2)".

The plans of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), CMRL, Chennai which

may be inspected on any day during office hours.

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of

the lands controlled or managed by Chief Engineer, Highways (Construction & Maintenance), Chennai.The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of theTamil Nadu Highways Act. 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act. 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below measuring 1.80.28 hectare

to the same a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, Widening from two lanes to four lanes Vellimedupettai

to Pondy Road (Via) in Puthananthal Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District.

The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Offcer (L.A),

Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem, Plot No.74, Vijayaraghavan Nagar, Jahir Ammapalayam,

Salem– 636 302 and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition & Management), Highways, Villupuram, functioning

in the 1st floor of the Superintending Engineer (Construction & Maintenance), Highways Office, Vazhuthareddy, Villupuram

may be inspected on any day during office hours.

No. VI(1)/254(a-6)/2023.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be

acquired for the formation of By pass Road across Dindigul Town (7 Villages) in A.Vellodu Village, Dindigul

East Taluk of Dindigul District and it have already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for

the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an

TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE  EXTRAORDINARY 13

Extent of 148534 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of By pass Road across Dindigul Town

(7 Villages) in A.Vellodu, Village Dindigul East Taluk of Dindigul District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA & M), Madurai and may

be inspected on any day during office hours.
