FORM OF NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION(1) OF SECTION 3 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND
FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997
No.VI(1)/254(b-1)/2023.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be
acquired for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - Bulk Drug park and it having already been decided that the amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing
Director, SIPCOT, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition
of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below
measuring an extent of 58.1500 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for
SIPCOT - Bulk Drug park.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special DRO (LA), Tiruvallur and Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit,
Tiruvallur which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below have to be
acquired for industrial purposes to wit t o Setting up of Extension of Nallaralappalli Village via Kelamangalam to
Rayakotta Road and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/
lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Government. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1)
of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below
and measuring 5.18.98 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose, to wit for TIDCO.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the District Collector, Krishnagiri District which may be inspected
any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be
acquired for Highways purposes to wit to the provision of Trucklay Bye, Bus Bay facilities and Junction Improvement
to the Chennai Outer Ring Road and it has already been decided that the amount ofcompensation to be awarded
for the lands is/are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways
Department, Chennai - 600 025. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu
Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 18768
sq. mtrs of Dry lands required for Highways purpose to the same, a little more or less, needed for highways purpose
to wit, for the provision of a facility such as Bus Bay and Junction Improvement to the Chennai Outer Ring Road in
Vellanur Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai Outer Ring Road Project,
Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, Koyambedu, Chennai-600 107 may be inspected on any day during
office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below to be
acquired for highways purposes to wit, for widening from two lanes to four lanes from Vellimedupettai to Pondy Road
(Via) Vadasiruvalur and it having already been decided that the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/
lands is/are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department,
Chennai - 600 025. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act,
2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 8575 sq.mtrs of Wet
& Dry lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for highways purpose for
widening from two lanes to four lanes from Vellimedupettai to Pondy Road (Via) Vadasiruvalur in Vadasiruvalur Village,
Tindivanam Taluk of Villupuram District.
The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue officer (LA),
Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (LA&M), Highways,
Villupuram may be inspected on any day during office hours.

Rural Roads), Nagapattinam. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu
Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be
acquired for
Highways for the Formation of Mayiladuthurai By-pass in Mayiladuthurai Village of Mayiladuthurai
District and Taluk, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the
lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (NABARD and Rural Roads),
Nagapattinam. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 17910
Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for the Formation of Mayiladuthurai By-pass in Mayiladuthurai
Village.
The plan of the land iare kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (LA) Chennai-Kanyakumari
Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and the O/o. the Special Tahsildar (LA), CKICP, Sirkali may be inspected on
any day during office hours.
