conferred by the first paragraph of section 4 of the

Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of

1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby alters the

number of District Munsifs to be appointed under the

said Act for Pudukkottai District as eleven with effect

from the date on which the District Munsif assumes

charge of the District Munsif's Court at Ponnamaravathy.

District Munsifs to be appointed for the District Munsif's

Court at Ponnamaravathy in Pudukkottai District as one

with effect from the date on which the District Munsif

assumes charge of the Court.

conferred by section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers

(Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Work) Act,

1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 1982), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu after consultation with the Advisory Committee

hereby makes the following amendments to the

Tamil Nadu Unorganised Drivers and Automobile Workshop

Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006.

In the said Scheme,-

(1) in clause 21, in sub-clause (1), in the

TABLE, for serial No. 10 and the corresponding

entries relating thereto, the following serial number
