In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Online Gambling

and Regulation of Online Games Act, 2022 (Tamil Nadu Act 9 of 2023), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints

21st day of April, 2023, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
