DETACHING ITS JURISDICTION FROM THE SUBORDINATE JUDGE'S COURT, PONNERI AND

ATTACHING ITS JURISDICTION WITH THE SUBORDINATE JUDGE'S COURT, THIRUVOTTIYUR

UNDER THE TAMIL NADU CIVIL COURTS ACT, 1873.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III

of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby directs that in the District of Thiruvallur, the Subordinate Judge's

Court at Ponneri shall cease to have original jurisdiction over the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court,

Madhavaram and varies the local limits of the jurisdiction of the Subordinate Judge's Court at Thiruvottiyur as

the local limits of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court,

Madhavaram.
