ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH

THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION)

ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of

SH-115, Cheyyur - Vandavasi - Polur Road from KM 00/000 to KM 02/345 at 63.Cheyyur-B (ECR Link) Village in Cheyyur

Taluk, Chengalpattu District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for

the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Vandavasi (CKICP), Tamilnadu

after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may

be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019,

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Wet lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring

to an extent of 4135 sq.mtr., are acquired in 63.Cheyyur-B (ECR Link) Village in Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu

District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for

State Highways purpose, to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-115, Cheyyur - Vandavasi - Polur Road from

KM 00/000 to KM 02/345.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the ofﬁ ce of the Special District Revenue Ofﬁ cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kanchipuram and ofﬁ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Cheyyur Unit may be inspected at any time during the ofﬁ ce hours.

NOTICE

to an extent of 155 sq.mtr., are acquired in 7.Mazhuvankaranai (Addl) Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu

District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai -Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for

State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-115, Cheyyur - Vandavasi - Polur Road from KM 20/000 to

KM 21/300.

having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do

hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-86, Omalur - Sankari - Tiruchengode - Paramathi Road from

KM 16/750 to KM 16/950.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the ofﬁ ce of the Special District Revenue Ofﬁ cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and ofﬁ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),
