The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below has/have

to be acquired for industrial purposes for the Expansion of the Airport and it has already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the

Government. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below

and measuring an extent of 10.83.17 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for

the Expansion of Airport.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Offce of the Collector, Thoothukudi which may be inspected on any day during

office hours.

to be acquired for highways purpose for the work of Dual Three Land divided carriage way with storm water drain on

both sides in Block.27 of Aminjikarai Village at km 6/0 L.S. of Grand Western Trunk Road (Poonamalle High Road) and it

having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds

controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of Section 15 of

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

km 6/0 L.S. of Grand Western Trunk Road (Poonamalle High Road) in Aminjikari Town and Taluk of Chennai District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the Offce of the Special District Revenue Offcer (LA&M), Highways,

Chennai and the Special Tahsildar (LA&M),Thiruvottiyur Unit, Highways Department,Chennai-01 may be inspected on any

day during office hours.

Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

Under Sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

Wet lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for the formation of the Road

a little more or less needed for the purpose of construction of Elevated Highways along Avinashi Road in Coimbatore City
