The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below are to be acquired

for highways purposes to wit for the Construction of Elevated Highways along Avinashi Road in Coimbatore City

from Goldwins to Uppilipalayam km 147/100-km 157/200 (SHU-52) in Vilankuruchi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk,

Coimbatore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Chief Engineer, Highways (Special Projects Divisions), Chennai.

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act

34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub–section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 122.90 Sq.mtrs to the

same a little more or less needed for Construction of Elevated Highways along Avinashi Road in Coimbatore City

from Goldwins to Uppilipalayam km 147/100-km 157/200 (SHU-52) in Vilankuruchi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk,

Coimbatore District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M), South Taluk Office Campus,

Coimbatore-641 018 may be inspected on any day during office hours.

be acquired for the Construction of four lane Grade Separator at km 76/8 of NH 205 (Chennai – Thiruthani – Renigunda

Road and junction of km 6/4 of Vanagaram – Ambattur Road) and it having already been decided that the amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways

Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 6386.7 sq.mtrs of Wet and

Dry lands to the same, a little more or less, needed for the highways purpose to wit, for the Construction of four-lane Grade

Separator at km 76/8 of NH 205 (Chennai – Thiruthani – Renigunda Road and junction of km 6/4 of Vanagaram – Ambattur

Road) in Ambathur Town and Ambathur Taluk of Chennai District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition, are kept in the Offce of the Special District Revenue Offcer (LA&M), Highways

Railway Station in lieu of existing Railway Level Crossing No.75 at Pallipettai Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Chengalpattu

District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be

paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (Projects), Highways Department Chengalpattu.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the land / lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below

to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to formation of 'Corridor-5 –Viaduct 7 Anna Nagar Kendrya Vidyalaya

to CMBT and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands

is to be paid out of the lands controlled and managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued

under sub section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act

10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes

Act,1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu here by acquires the land/lands speciﬁed in the

Schedule below and measuring 538 Sq.mt to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for the

formation of Corridor-5 –Viaduct 7 Anna Nagar Kendrya Vidyalaya to CMBT.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Offce of the Special District Revenue Offcer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited,

Chennai which may be inspected on any day during office hours.
