Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws from Acquisition of the Land / Lands specified in

the Schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of Section 3 was published by the Transport Department

at page No. 6, 7 Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.130, dated 09.04.2018 the

actual possession of which was not taken by, or on behalf of the Government.
