EXEMPTION TO A NEW INVESTMENT PROJECT NAME BY M/S. WONDERLA HOLIDAYS PRIVATE

LIMITED FROM THE LIABILITY OF ENTERTAINMENT TAX PAYABLE FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD

UNDER THE TAMIL NADU LOCAL AUTHORITIES ENTERTAINMENTS TAX ACT, 2017.

AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Local Authorities

Entertainments Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 20 of 2017) read with section 15 of the Tamil Nadu General Clauses

Act, 1891 (Tamil Nadu Act I of 1891), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the follwoing amendment to

the Municial Administration and Water Supply Department Notification No.II(2)/MAWS/828(d)/2019, published at

page 1 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 22nd October 2019

Amendment.

In the said Notification, for the expression, ''for a period of five years from the date of commencement of

its commercial operations or the 30th September 2021,'' the following expression shall be substituted, namely:—

''for a period of ten years from the date of commencement of its commercial operation subject to the condition

that the commercial operation shall be commenced within a period of two years from the 2nd June 2023.''.
