ALTERATION OF NAGAPATTINAM PORT LIMITS IN NAGAPATTINAM DISTRICT UNDER THE INDIAN

PORTS ACT, 1908 AND TAMIL NADU MARITIME BOARD ACT, 1995

AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 (Central

Act XV of 1908), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Highways

and Minor Ports Department Notification No.II(2)/HWMP/359/2009 published at pages 232 to 234 in

Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 22nd July, 2009, as subsequently

amended.

Amendment

In the said Notification, in the Schedule, under the heading “NAGAPATTINAM DISTRICT”, for the entries in

column (3) against the entry “8” in column (1) and “Nagapattinam” in column (2) thereof, the following entries shall

be substituted, namely:-
