NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are to be acquired
for highways Purpose to wit for the Construction of elevated Highways along Avinashi Road in Coimbatore City from
Goldwins to Uppilipalayam (Km 147/100. Km 157/200 (SHU – 52) in Sowripalayam Village of Coimbatore South Taulk,
in Coimbatore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands, is
to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer, Highways (Special Projects Divisions), Chennai.
The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act
34 of 2002)
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu, hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 4704 Sq.mtrs., to the same,
a little more or less needed for the Purpose of construction of Elevated Highways along Avinashi Road in Coimbatore City
Goldwins to Uppilipalayam, Km. 147/100 Km. 157/200(SHU-52) in Sowripalayam Village of Coimbatore South Taluk,
in Coimbatore District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M), South Taluk Office Campus,
Coimbatore-641 018 may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired
for highways purposes to wit for the Construction of High Level Bridge at 24/8 Km of Puduppadi – Kanchipuram Road
(SH-116A) across Palar River in No.13 Vadailluppai Village, Vembakkam Taluk of Tiruvannamalai District and it having
already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out
of the funds
controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of
the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub–section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu, hereby acquires the land specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 131 Sq.mtrs., of Dry
lands to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of Construction of High Level Bridge at 24/8 Km of
Puduppadi–Kanchipuram Road (SH-116A) across Palar River in No.13 Vadailluppai Village of Vembakkam Taluk,
Tiruvannamalai District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai-
Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem, and Office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road
Sector Project II, Tiruvannamalai, Revenue Divisional Office, Tiruvannamalai campus may be inspected at any time during
office hours.

The following errata is hereby issued to the notification published at page No. 20-23 of Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette No.166, Part–VI–Section1, dated 05.05.2023 issued under Section15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) in respect of acquisition of lands for the Construction of Subway of Road Over Bridge
at Km.0/8 of Palayamkottai–Sivanthipatti Road in lieu of existing Level Crossing (L.C.) No. 6 (Subway) at Railway
Km.6/600 -700 of Palayamkottai – Seithunganallur Railway Stations the following shall be substituted.
