The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - Establishment of Solar Power Plant and it having already been decided that the

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing

Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land

for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an

extent of 14.1500 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for SIPCOT - Establishment

of Solar Power Plant.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special DRO (LA), Tirunelveli and Special Tahsildar (LA),

Unit Tirunelveli may be inspected on any day during office hours.

acquired for industrial purpose to wit to formation of 'Ex-18 Poonamallee Metro to  Poonamallee Bye pass’ and

it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)

of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997, the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring 141 Sq.mtrs., to the

same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of 'Ex-18 Poonamallee Metro

to Poonamallee Bye-pass’.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be

acquired for the highways purpose to wit to for Widening from two lane to four lane from Tindivanam to Marakkanam

Road (SH-134) (Via) Alankuppam Village, Marakkanam Taluk of Villupuram District and it having already been

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled

or managed by Chief Engineer, Highways, (Construction & Maintenance), Chennai. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub–section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 10700

Sq.mtrs., of lands, to the same, a little more or less needed for the highways purpose wit, for Widening from

two lane to four lane from Tindivanam to Marakkanam Road (SH-134) (Via) Alankuppam Village, Marakkanam

Taluk, Villupuram District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem, Plot No.74, Vijayaraghavan Nagar, Jagir Ammapalayam,

Salem-636 302 and in the O/o. the Special Tahsildar, (Land Acquisition & Management), Highways, Villupuram,

functioning on the 1st floor of the Superintending Engineer (Construction & Maintenance), Highways office, Vazhuthareddy,

Villupuram may be inspected on any day during office hours.
