"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives) under

Section 137 (2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Tiruppur District

Call Taxi Owners Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No.01/TPR/2021, Tiruppur District have been ordered to be wound

up with immediate effect by the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce/Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives,

Chennai vide Proc.No. 6507/ICC/2023-1 dated 2nd June 2023.

Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director (Industrial Co-operatives)/Official Liquidator, District

Industries Centre, Tiruppur has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation".

Remarks of the Public Works Department on inundation aspect have to be obtained by the applicant while

applying for planning permission for the development in the site under reference as a channel runs adjoining the site

under reference and

(ii)

Applicant has to obtain planning permission for the construction already existing at the site applying under

Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019.

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

(Roc.No. 1038/2023-LPA)

No. VI(1)/410/2023.

In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act,

1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise and powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban

Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No. 27, Part II—Section 2 dated 15-07-2009.

Land use zone conversion from AGRICULTURAL use zone into RESIDENTIAL use zone ordered in G.O. (2D)

No.77, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 03.05.2023 subject to the condition the following

variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published

in the G.O. Ms. No. 661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94

at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of

Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Coimbatore Master Plan, Annur Taluk, Idigarai Village No. 16,

Page No. 304, S.F.No.11/2B, 12/1A1, 12/1A2, 12/1A3, 12/1C3 & 12/2B the following entries should be made.

Under the heading “Residential” use zone for the expression S.F.No. 11/2B, 12/1A1, 12/1A2, 12/1A3, 12/1C3,

12/2B shall be added before the entry S.F.No.71 to 74.

Under the heading “Agricultural” use zone the expression S.F.No. 5 to 70 shall be deleted and the expression

5 to 10, 11 (Excluding 11/2B), 12 (Excluding 12/1A1, 12/1A2, 12/1A3, 12/1C3, 12/2B), 13 to 70 shall be substituted.

No. 144/2023.—In exercise of powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 (Central

Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Thanjavur District and

(ii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Villupuram District as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for

a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable

under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile

Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
