JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS

Amendment to the Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021

No. SRO C-9/2023.

By virtue of the powers conferred by Article 225 of the Constitution of India and all other powers hereunto

enabling, the High Court of Judicature at Madras, makes the following amendment to the Madras High Court Writ

Rules, 2021. The amendment shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Amendment

In the said Rules,

(i) The words “in the order given below” from the Sub Rule (1) of Rule l3, stands deleted.

(ii) The colon and hyphen after the words “in the order given below” shall be placed after the words

“comprising the following” in Sub Rule (1) of Rule 13.
