Amendment to the Ad hoc rules for the Additional Director of Town and Country Planning Department of

Tamil Nadu General Service.

No. SRO B-24/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India,

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Ad hoc Rules published with the Housing

and Urban Development Department Notification No. SRO B-221/89 at pages 144-145 of Part III—Section 1(b) of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 26th July, 1989:-

Amendment

In the said Rules, in rule 5, in sub-rule (ii), in clause (a) for the expression "three years", the expression

"two years", shall be substituted.
