1961-ம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு நிலச்சீர்திருதத (நில உடடமை உச்சரம்பு நிச்சயிப்பு) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 58/1961,

50 (3) (எ) (2) பிரிவின்படிக்காான அறிவிப்பு

அரசினர் ஆர்ஜிதம் செயத உபரி நிலத்திற்கு க�ொடுக்கத்தக்கதும், தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 1989-ம் ஆண்டு 14-ம்

சட்டத்தில் திருததப்பட்டப்படி 1961 ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு நிலச்சீர்திருதத (நில உடடமை உச்சவரம்பு நிச்சயிப்புச்) சட்டத்தின்

58/1961 50 (3) பிரிவின் கீழ் நிர்ணயக்கப்பகப்பட்டதுமாான க�ொடுக்க வேண்டிய த�ொகை மச�ோதாப்பட்டியலில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளன.

க�ொடுக்கப்படட வேண்டிய த�ொகை மச�ோதாப்பட்டியலில் உள்ள யாத�ொரு பதிவை எவரேனும் ஆட்சேபிக்க விரும்பினாால்

அவர் தமது ஆட்சேபனையினை எழுதி அதிகாாரம் பெற்ற அதிகாாரியிடடம் க�ொடுத்துக்கொள்ளலாாம். இந்த மச�ோதாா, தேதி

தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படப்பட்ட தேதியிலிருந்து 30 தினஙகளுக்குள் அவர் அதை க�ொடுத்துக்கொள்ளலாாம்.

உரிய தேதிக்குள் வந்து சேர்நத ஆட்சேபணை பின்னர் தெரிவிக்கும் இடத்தில் ----தேதியில் ---நேரத்தில்

விசாாரிக்கப்பகப்படும். அப்போது ஆட்சேபணை செயபவர் நேரில் வந்திருந்து அல்லது அதிகாாரம் பெற்ற ஏஜெண்டை

அனுப்பி

ஆட்சேபணைக்கு ஆதரவாாக வாாய்மொழி சாட்சியம் க�ொடுக்கலாாம். தஸ்தாவேஜி சாட்சியம் க�ொடுக்கலாாம்.

இத்தேதி நில மதிப்பீடு பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்படப்பட்ட தேதியிலிருந்து 30 தினஙகளுக்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும்.

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

(Roc. No. 6763/2022/LPA)

In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country

Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing

and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government

Gazette No. 27 Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Industrial use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No. 70,

Housing and Urban Development {UD4(1) Department dated 06.04.2023, the following variation are made to the

approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No 1078 of

Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of

COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Valukkuparai Village, Page No.343, S.F.No: 362/2A the following

entries should be made.

Under the heading "Industrial use zone" the expression S.No. 362/2A shall be added as first entry

Under the heading "Agricultural" use zone" the expression S.Nos : 360 to 368 shall be deleted and the expression

360 to 361, 362pt (Except 362/2A), 363 to 368 shall be substituted.

and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department, Notification No.II(2)/Hou/611/2001, at Page No.308

of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Dated the 15th August 2001.

Variations

In the Said Modified Master Plan in the ‘Land Use Schedule’ in Silappadi Village under the heading Agricultural

use zone and Residential use zone the following enteries should be made.

Against the entry for the expression next to Residential use Zone – S.Nos. 559/2A, 559/2B, 559/3A,

559/4A, 559/4B, 559/5A1, 559/5A2B, 559/5C2, 559/5D1A, 560/1B, 561/54B Silappadi Village shall be

added.

Against the entry for the expression next to Agricultrural use Zone – S.Nos. 559/2A, 559/2B, 559/3A,

559/4A, 559/4B, 559/5A1, 559/5A2B, 559/5C2, 559/5D1A, 560/1B, 561/54B Silappadi Village shall be

deleted.

In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 Tamil Nadu Town and Country

Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu here by makes the following

variations to the Modified Master Plan of the Velur Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in

G.O.Ms.No. 319, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated 10-10-2007 and published in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Part II—Section 2, page No. 465, dated 07.10.2007.

Variation

In the said Master Plan, in “Land use Schedule in Velur Town Panchayat, Punjai Idaiyar Melmugam Village,

S.F. No. 335, under the heading Public & Semi Public use (P-2 Zone) the following entries should be made.

2. Against the entry of Mixer Residential use Zone S.F. No.335/2B shall be added.

3. Against the entry Public & Semi Public use (P-2 Zone) use zone for the expression S.F. No. 335 the expression

the S.F. No: 335 except 335/2B shall be inserted.
