In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (5) of section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Regulation

of Employment and Conditions of Work) Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 1982), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes

the following amendment to the Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department Notification No.II(2)/LWSD/49(e)/2023

published at pages 1-4 of Part II–Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 24th January 2023:-

Amendment

In the said Notification, under the heading, “A. Representatives of the Government.–”, after the Serial No.4 and the

entries relating thereto, the following Serial No. and the entries relating thereto, shall be added, namely:-

“5. District Collector, Virudhunagar District. - Member.”.
