NOTIFICATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU TRANSPARENCY IN TENDERS ACT, 1998.

Under clause (f) of section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies the purchase of Boiled Rice and Raw Rice (Grade A) from National

Co-operative Consumer's Federation of India Limited (NCCF) in two phases viz. 3.50 Lakhs Metric Tonne from

August 2023 to December 2023 in first phase and 3.50 Lakhs Metric Tonne from January 2024 to May 2024 by the

Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation.
