NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL

PURPOSES ACT, 1997

No. VI(1)/480(b-1)/2023.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line Between Tindivanam

and Nagari in Thimiri Village, Arcot Taluk of Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by

the Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997,

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent

of 20.24.24 Hectares of lands in S.No.21/4F2 and etc. to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial

purpose wit to the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line Between Tindivanam and Nagari in Thimiri Village,

Arcot Taluk of the District of Ranipet.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Land Acquisition Officer and District Revenue Officer,

Ranipet may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below to be

acquired for industrial purposes, to wit to the expansion of airport it having already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid ou t of the lands managed by Government.

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial

Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule

below and measuring an extent of 17.55.50 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose

wit for the Expansion of Airport.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Collector, Trichy may be inspected on any day during

office hours.
