Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-107 hereby confirms the following variation to the conversion of

Hospital use into Residential use in Ward-BP, Block No-10, New Town Survey Number 2/2, 2/3, 2/4 (S.No. 539

part, Kulavanigarpuram Village) Extent - 2021 sq.m. to the Review Approved Perumalpuram Extension Detailed

Development No. 2 of Tirunelveli Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning

Proceedings in Roc. No. 31002/1998/DP2, dated 10.02.2000 and the fact of this approval in Form-12 published in

the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 11, Part VI—Section 1, Page-104 & 105, dated 22.03.2000 publication

No. VI(1)/66/2000 and the said draft notification published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 07, Part VI—Section 1,

2. Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification with in the stipulated time,

the same are hereby confirmed and ordered as below.

Confirmation of Variation

Whenever the expression Map No. 5 DDP(V)/DTCP/CTCP No. 08/1999 occurs the expression “DDP(V)/DTCP

No. 01/2023 should be added at the end and to be read with.

In Schedule IV (Form No. 7) Sl.No. 18 in 4th column instead of 2.02.15 Hectare 1.81.94 hectare shall be

substituted.

(Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following 4 Tahsildar Trainees in 4 Revenue Districts

respectively (City list of Tahsildars for the year 2022), as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial

Training for a peirod of 180 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary

powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt

with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
