Variation to the Review Approved Karur Master Plan for the Karur Local Planning Area

(Roc. No. 850/2023/K.D)

No. VI(1)/551/2023.

In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section(4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning

Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agricultural use zone into Commercial use zone

is ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No. 118, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated : 22.06.2023.

In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No. 102, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(L.Re-1))

Department dated : 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority

which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)]

Department dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No. II(2)HOU/700/2010 at page No. 815, of Part II—Section 2, of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 24.11.2010.

Variation

In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Inam Karur

Village at Page Nos : 86 with regard to S.F.No : 364/3A2 the following entries should be made;

Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. No. against the entry Commercial the expression 364/3A2

shall be inserted after 144pt.

Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression “364 “shall be

deleted and the expression all sub divisions of “364, except 364/3A2, shall be substituted

1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise and powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban

Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27,

Part II—Section 2 dated:15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from AGRICULTURAL use zone into INDUSTRIAL use zone ordered in

G.O. (2D) No.121, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated :03.07.2023 subject to the condition

the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said

Act and published in the G.O. Ms. No. 661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification

No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078, of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of

Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Coimbatore Master Plan, Annur Taluk, Kuppepalayam Panchayat/

Village, S.F.Nos.205/2A and 205/3A the following entries should be made.

Under the heading “Industrial” use zone for the expression S.F.Nos.205/2A, 205/3A shall be added before the

entry S.F.No.334.

Under the heading “Agricultural” use zone the expression S.F. Nos. 205 to 220 shall be deleted and the expression

205 (Excluding 205/2A, 205/3A), 206 to 220 shall be substituted.

Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No.27, Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.153,

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 11.07.2023 subject to conditions the following variation

are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the

G.O.Ms.No. 661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at

Page No 1078, of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of

COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Pannimadai Village, Pannimadai D.D.Plan No: 4 Page No. 241

S.F.No: 420/2 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading “Residential use zone the expression S.F.No. 420/2 shall be added after the entry

S.F.No: 150.

Under the heading “Agricultural use zone” the expression S.F.Nos : 420 to 422 shall be deleted and the expression

S.F.No: 420 pt (Except 420/2), 421, 422 shall be substituted.

Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Coimbatore Master Plan, Annur Taluk, Sarkarsamakulam Village

No. 09, Page No.315, S.F. No. 36/2B1 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading “Residential” use zone for the expression S.F.No. 36/2B1 shall be added after the entry

S.F.No.42 to 58.

Under the heading “Agricultural” use zone the expression S.F.No. 35 to 40 shall be deleted and the expression

35, 36 (Excluding 36/2B1), 37 to 40 shall be substituted.
