In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 29 read with section 19 of the

Haj Committee Act, 2002 (Central Act 35 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Thiru M.A.Siddique, I.A.S.,

Principal Secretary/ Managing Director, Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai-35 as the Executive Offi cer of the

Tamil Nadu State Haj Committee and he shall also act as the Secretary of the said Committee.
