The notification under section 17 of the Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act 1958 in respect of lands shown in

the Annexure donated for Bhoodan in Mathappur Village of Palladam Taluk, Tirupur District has been Published

at Page 208 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Dated 10.05.2023 and in Page 1 to 2 of the District Gazette

(Special Publication) Dated 26.04.2023. It has been published in the Village Administrative Office, Village Panchayat

Chavadi, Pongalur Revenue Inspector Office and in the Notice Board of the Taluk Office on 16.06.2023. No objection

has been received so for from any interested persons. Enquiry also reveals that the donor have got right to alienate

the Lands donated which are free from encumbrance. I therefore, confirm the declaration under Section 17 of

The Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act 1958 and Order that the Lands vest with the Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna

Board.

of 1873) and in supersession of all previous Notification on the subject, the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes

the local limits of the Jurisdiction of the District Munsif Courts of Villupuram and Kallakurichi Districts, as

specified in the Table below with effect on and from date on which the District Judge, Kallakurichi assumes

charge of that court.

(Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following 2 Tahsildar Trainees in 2 Revenue Districts

respectively (City list of Tahsildars for the year 2022), as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial

Training for a period of 180 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary

powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt

with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

Variation to the Approved Thanjavur Master Plan for the Thanjavur Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country

Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and also in exercise of powers conferred by Government Order

Ms.No:94, Housing and Urban Development (UD(4)1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:27, Part II—Section 2, in Page No:228 dated 15.07.2009.

Land use Zone Conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.149,

Housing and Urban Development Department (UD 4 (நி.ப.மா-1) Department dated 11.7.2023. The following variations

are made to the Master Plan for Thanjavur Local Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in

the G.O.Ms.No:696, Housing and Urban Development Department dated:09.08.1995. which has been published

in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification at page No:879 of Part VI—Section 2, dated 11th October 1995.

Draft Variation

In the said Master Plan in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “Thanjavur Local Planning Area,

Villar Village (Soorakottai)” in S.F.No.592 the following entries should be made

(i)

Against the “Agricultural Irrigated Dry use zone (AGID)” for the expression S.F.No.592 (Except 592/1A,

592/1B, 592/1C,592/1D, 592/2A, 592/2B &592/2C) shall be substituted

(ii)

Against the “RESIDENTIAL USE (MR12)” the expression 592/1A, 592/1B, 592/1C, 592/1D, 592/2A,

592/2B & 592/2C shall be added after the 206pt

Condition:

1. As Low tide line passes through the site, No objection Certificate has to be obtained from TANGEDCO

as per Rule No:19 of TNCDBR 2019.

2. Necessary guidelines should be followed for developments taking place along water bodies within 15 meter

radius of Pattakanni Canal

3. Development works has to be carried out as per TNCDBR 2019

Variation to the Review Approved Karur Master Plan for the Karur Local Planning Area

(Roc.No.325/2022/K.D)

No. VI(1)/624/2023.

1) In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country

Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agricultural use zone into Commercial use

zone is ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No: 135, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated: 03.07.2023.

2) In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No: 102, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(L.Re-1)]

Department dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority

which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 237, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(2)]

Department dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No: II(2)/HOU/700/2010 at page No: 815, of Part II—Section 2,

of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 24.11.2010.

Variation

In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Agricultural use

zone in Andankovil west village at Page No: 97, with regard to S.F.Nos: 200/A2, 208/1B, 209/1B, 210/3B, the following

entries should be made:

1. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. No. against the entry Commercial, the expression

S.F.Nos: 200/A2, 208/1B, 209/1B, 210/3B, shall be newly inserted.

2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.Nos. against the entry Agriculture, the expression

"S.F. Nos 197 to 204 and 206 to 214" shall be deleted and substituted as" 197 to 199, 201 to 204, 206, 207 and 211 to 214"

All Sub divisions of "200, 208, 210" except "200/A2, 208/1B, 209/1B, 210/3B" shall be substituted.
