In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.

(Act No. 35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc No: 2267/2023/TCP6,

dated:13.09.2023 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion of School and playground

use into Residential use in Ward No. BP, Block No. 36, New T.S No: 69, (S.No:657/2B of Kulavanigarpuram

Village) Extent-3351 Sq.m to the Draft variation of Perumalpuram Extension Detailed Development Plan No:10 of

Tirunelveli Local Planning Area comprehensive variation confirmed by the Director of Town and Country Planning's

proceedings Roc.No:15623/1999/DP2, dated:11.05.2001 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.15 part VI—Sec-1 page No. 184 & 185, dated:17.04.2002 publication

No.VI(1)252/2002.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication

of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the

Member Secretary, Tirunelveli Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said

Local Planning Authority / District Town and Country Planning office.

Variation

1. Wherever the expression "MAP No. 5 DDP(V)/DTCP/SPL.CTCP No. 24/2001 occurs the expression

DDP(V)/DTCP No. 07/2023 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In schedule IV (Form No. 7) SI.No. 5 in 4th column instead of 0.90.58 hectare 0.57.07 hectare shall be

substitued.

3. This individual draft variation made enforceable from the date of publication of the individual draft variation

notification to be issued u/s.33 (2) of this Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government has given Administrative Sanction for a total of 131.40 Acres of dry land is required in the

Dindigul District, Oddanchatram Taluk, Kothayam and Boduvarpatti Villages, for irrigation purpose, namely excavation of New tank across Nallathangal Odai. For

this Irrigation Project, Social Impact Assessment shall not apply as no family will be displaced due to the land acquisition and the irrigation project involves

developing Agriculture activity and improving Farmer’s life. Revenue Divisional Officer Palani is Appointed as Land Acquisition Officer. Therefore, it is notified

that for the above said project in the Kothayam and Boduvarpatti Villages of Oddanchatram Taluk in Dindigul District, land measuring an extent of 1.12.46 Hectare

whose details are specified below, is under acquisition.

This notification is made under Sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation

and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) to all whom it may concern.

A Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector, Dindigul and Office of the Land Acquisition Officer / Revenue Divisional Officer,

Palani on any working day during the working hours.

The Government is pleased to authorize the requisitioning department Executive Engineer PWD (WRO) Nanganjiyar Basin Division, Palani and his

staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided

and specified in section 12 of the said Act.

Under sub-section (4) of Section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e., sale / purchase etc., or

create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification without prior approval of the District Collector, Dindigul.

Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Collector. Dindigul.

வேலை நேரஙகளிலும் நிலலத்தின் திட்டம் குறித்து ஆய்வு செயயப்படலலாம்.

யும் முறையாகச் செயல்படுத்த கேட்புத்துறையான ப�ொதுபபணித்துறை செயற்பொறியாளர்

(நீரவள ஆததார அமைப்பு) நஙகாஞ்சியாறு வடிநிலலக்கோட்டம், பழனி மற்றும் அவரது பணியாளருக்கு அதிகாரமளிக்குமாறு அரசிடடம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ள்

ளபபடுகிறறது.

இச்சட்டத்தின் 11(4)-ம் பிரிவின் கீழ் யாத�ொரு நபரும் நிலத்தை விற்பனை

செய்தல் / வாங்குததல் போன்ற யாத�ொரு பரிமாற்றஙகளில் ஈடுபடுததல் அல்லது

பரிமாற்றஙகள் செய்தல் அல்லது திண்டுககல் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரின் முன் அங்கீகாரம் இன்றி இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடடபபட்ட நாளிலிருநது யாத�ொரு வில்லஙகங்களையும்

ஏற்படுத்த இயலலாது.

கையகபபடுத்துததல் த�ொடட

below measuring an extent of 2.0454 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose

wit, for RAILWAYS - Railway Doubling Track between Nagercoil to Eraniel.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Kanyakumari and Special Tahsildar

(LA), Kanyakumari Which may be inspected on any day during office hours.
