Donation of Bhoodan - Erode District - Bhavani Taluk - Appakudal Village
(Ref. No.261/2021/A2)
No. VI(1)/666/2023.
The notification under Section 17 of the Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act 1958 in respect of lands shown
in the Annexure donated for Bhoodan in Appakudal Village of Bhavani Taluk, Erode District has been published
at Page 206 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.19 (Part VI-Section 1), dated 10.05.2023 and in Page 61
to 62 of the Erode District Gazette No.6, dated 28.06.2023. It has been published in the Village Administrative
Office, Village Panchayat Chavadi, Bhavani Revenue Inspector Office and in the Notice Board of the Taluk Office.
No objection has been received so far from any interested persons. Enquiry also reveals that the donor has got
right to alienate the lands donated which are free from encumbrance. I therefore, confirm the declaration under
Section 17 of The Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act 1958 and Order that the Lands Vest with the Tamil Nadu
Bhaoodan Yagna Board.

Notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 Read with Tamil Nadu
Land Acquisition Laws. (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired
for Highways purpose to wit, for formation of road for providing connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram
(from Km 00+00 to 01+400 Km) at Tiruvallur District, Ponneri Taluk, No.91, Kattupalli (Block-II) Village and it having
already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds
controlled and managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section
15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Dry, Manavari and Wet Patta lands specified in the schedule 7.28.24
Hectares / 72,824 Sq.Mtrs. to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose to wit for formation of road for
providing road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from Km 00+00 to 01+400 Km) as Part of Chennai
Peripheral Ring Road Project, by Highways Department.
The Plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA),Chennai
Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai-600 058 and in the office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Chennai Peripheral
Ring Road Project, Unit-I, No. 351, Rajaji Street, Thiruvengadapuram, Vembakkam, Ponneri Tiruvallur District-601 204
may be inspected at any time during the office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below to be
acquired for the purpose of State Highways - formation of Widening the SH-40 Tiruchendur-Ambasamudram via
Palayamkottai Road KM 0/750 to KM 51/310 in certain village Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi District under Chennai-
Kanniyakumari industrial Corridor Project and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to
be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the State Highways Department.
The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby
acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 0.0809 Hectares to the same a little more
or less needed for purpose of State Highways - formation of Widening the SH-40 Tiruchendur - Ambasamudram
via Palayamkottai Road KM 0/750 to KM 51/310 in certain village Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi District under
Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project.
The Plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M),
Thoothukkudi may be inspected on any day during office hours.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of

Variation
In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Agricultural use
Andankovil East Village at Page No. 94, with regard S.F.Nos. 69/B2, 69/B3A & 69/B3B, the following entries should
be made;
1.
Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. No. against the entry Residential – MR, the expression
S.F.Nos. 69/B2, 69/B3A & 69/B3B, shall be inserted before the expression 80.
2.
Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression “67 to 70”
shall be deleted and substituted as “67, 68, 70”, All sub divisions of 69 except S.F.Nos. 69/B2, 69/B3A & 69/B3B ”
Shall be substituted.
