In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles

Taxation (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Tamil Nadu Act 30 of 2023), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints

the 09.11.2023 as the date on which the said Act, shall come into force.
