In exercise of the powers conferred under section 5 & section 49-A of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998
(Tamil Nadu Act 9 of 1999) and sub-rule (4) of rule 112 & 171 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Rules, 2023, the
Tamil Nadu State Election Commission hereby fixes 24.11.2023 as the date for convening meetings to elect the Member
of Appointment Committee, Member of Taxation Appeal Committee, Member of Standing Committee and Vice Chairperson,
as the case may be, shown in the Annexure, in accordance with the following programme:-

Last date for service of notice for the meetings of election of Member of
Appointment Committee, Member of Taxation Appeal Committee, Member
of Standing Committee and Vice Chairperson, as the case may be.
