TAMIL NADU ELECTRICITY (REORGANISATION AND REFORMS) TRANSFER SCHEME, 2010.

AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

[G.O. Ms. No. 102, Energy (B2), 23rd November 2023, கார்த்திகை 7, ச‚ோபகிருது,

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 131 and 133 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act 36

of 2003), read with clauses 9 and 12 of the Tamil Nadu Electricity (Reorganisation and Reforms) Transfer

Scheme, 2010, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the said Scheme.

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st May, 2018.

Amendment.

In the said Scheme, in clause 9, in sub-clause (1), for the expression “All transfer of personnel from

the Board to TANGEDCO under clause 6 shall be provisional for a period of seven years and six months

from the date of transfer”, the expression “All transfer of personnel from the Board to TANGEDCO under

clause 6 shall be provisional for a period of thirteen years and six months from the date of transfer”, shall be

substituted.
