Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives) under Section

137 (2) (b) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Sardar Vallabai Patel

Technocrats Labour Contract Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. IND No. 32/MDS, Chennai District have been ordered

to be wound up with immediate effect by the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / Registrar of

Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives), Guindy, Chennai - 32 vide Proc. No. 27698/ICB/2020-1,

dated: 08.11.2023.

Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Deputy Director of Industries and Commerce (Industrial Co-operatives),

Guindy, Chennai has been appointed as Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation”.

Acquisition of Lands

Notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(LA-VI(3)/5906678/2023)

No. VI(1)/750/2023.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for the Formation of Papparapatti By-pass Road in Onnappagoundanahalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk of Dharmapuri

District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be

paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an Extent of 59897 Sq.mtrs., to

the same, a little more or less needed for the Formation of Papparapatti By- pass Road in Onnappagoundanahalli

Village, Pennagaram Taluk of Dharmapuri District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (LA), TNRSP-II, Salem and

the Special Tahsildar (LA & M), Krishnagiri / Dharmapuri, Sub Collector Office campus @ Hosur may be inspected on

any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purposes, to wit to setup Bhavani Barrage-II, and having already been decided that the entire amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the TANGEDCO. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,

1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule

below and measuring 61588.7 Sq.mtr to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, To

setup Bhavani Barrage-II.

The plans of the lands are kept in the O/o. Land Acquisition Officer and District Collector, Coimbatore which may

be inspected on any day during office hours.

Conferment of Magisterial Powers on certain Revenue Officials.

No. 259/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code

1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Salem

District and (ii) 2 Deputy Tahsildars in Tirupathur District as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo

Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon

them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier

triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
