Notice under Sub-Section(1) of Section 15 of The Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(LA-V2/5952363/2023)

No. VI(1)/763/2023.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for Inner Ring Road Project Highways purpose to wit, for the Widening of Poonamallee-Kundrathur- Pallavaram Road

(SH/113A), Ward -1, Block-2,11,12,14, 22,23 &24, Pammal (Part-1) Town, Pallavaram Taluk in Chengalpattu District and

it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the

funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (H), Construction and Maintenance, Chennai City Road Division,

Chennai-600015. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTIFICATION

Under sub–section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 5155.8 Sq.mtrs to

the same a little more or less needed for Inner Ring Road Project highways purpose, Widending of Poonamallee-

Kundrathur-Pallavaram Road (SH/113A), in Ward -1, Block-2,11,12,14, 22,23 & 24, Pammal (Part-1) Town, Pallavaram

Taluk in Chengalpattu District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai-Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram, and office of the Special Tahsildar,(Land Acquisition & Management),

Tambaram Unit in Chengalpattu District may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land / lands specified in the Schedule below has /

have to be acquired for Industrial purposes for the SIPCOT Industrial Complex Phase-I and it having already been decided

that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land / lands is to be paid out of the funds managed

by the Managing Director, SIPCOT, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of

the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule

below measuring an extent of 19.38.00 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to

wit, for the SIPCOT Industrial Complex Phase-I.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Allikulam Project, SIPCOT

Complex, Thoothukkudi which may be inspected on any day during the office hours.
