Notice under Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below to be

acquired for industrial purposes, to wit to for formation of Doubling Broad Gauge Railway Line between Chengalpattu

and Villupuram and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded

for the land/ lands is to be paid out of the lands managed by the Deputy Chief Engineer Construction, Tambaram,

Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of

Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the

Schedule below and 0.68.14 Hectares lands in S.No.2/9, Madurantakam Town in Madurantakam Taluk, Chengalpattu

District, to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the Formation of New Broad Gauge

Railway Line between Chengalpattu and Villupuram.

The plans of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector office Chengalpattu and office of the

Spl. Tahsildar (LA) i/c Broad Gauge Scheme, Madurantakam may be inspected at any time during the office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below

to be acquired for Inner Ring Road Project Highways purpose to wit for the Widending of Poonamallee-

Kundrathur-Pallavaram Road (SH/113A), Ward - G&H, Block-18 to 24, Pammal Town (Part-II), Pallavaram Taluk

in Chengalpattu District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded

for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (H), Construction and

Maintenance, Chennai City Road Division, Chennai-600 015. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)

of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTIFICATION

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent

of 3496.5 Sq.mtrs. to the same a little more or less needed for Inner Ring Road Project Highways purpose,

Widending of Poonamallee-Kundrathur-Pallavaram Road (SH/113A), in Ward - G&H, Block-18 to 24, Pammal Town

(Part-II), Pallavaram Taluk in Chengalpattu District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai-Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram, and office of the Special Tahsildar, (Land Acquisition & Management),

Highways, Tambaram Unit in Chengalpattu District may be inspected on any day during ofice hours.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an

Extent of 399 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the Widening and Improving the road to multi-lane

branching from Thindal junction at KM 7/2 of Erode – Perundurai – Kangeyam Road (SH-96) to KM 158/4 of
