3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local

Planning Authority office.

Conferment of Magisterial Powers on one Deputy Collector

No. 280/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973

(Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints on Thiru.M.Satheesh Kumar, Deputy Collector, under Section

13 of Criminal Procedure Code 1973, (Central Act 2 of 1974) of erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate, as Special

Judicial Magistrate in Kancheepuram District, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period 180 days (on part time

basis), from the date of assumption of office till the completion of his training. The powers may be withdrawn as and

when he completes his training In the Kancheepuram District and confer upon him the ordinary powers, conferrable

under this Code on a Magistrate to try such cases which were triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second

Class Magistrate.
