FORM OF NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION(1) OF SECTION 3 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND

FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

No. VI(1)/81/2024.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit to NLC - NLCIL MIA EXPEN THENKUTHU VADAKUTHU and it having

already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the

funds controlled or managed by, NLC. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule

below measuring an extent of 2.6500 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose

wit, for NLC - NLCIL MIA EXPEN THENKUTHU VADAKUTHU.

The plan of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special DRO(LA), Cuddalore and Special Tahsildar(LA),

Cuddalore which may be inspected on any day during oﬃ ce hours.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule

below and measuring 87 Sq.mt., (or) 936.468 Sq.ft., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes,

5. In view of the instructions contained in the Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders and as ordered in

High Court's Circular R.O.C.No. 2/64-C-3, dated: 29th April, 1964 applications in urgent Criminal matters should be

made to the High Court. However, urgent applications can also be made to the vacation Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli

if appointed to hear urgent Criminal applications relating to Tirunelveli District.

6. Under Session 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act as amended by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Act 17 of

1959 if a vaction Civil Judge is appointed for Tirunelveli District. Suits, Appeals and other proceedings of urgent nature

will be received and disposed of by him in terms of the Rules that may be framed in this regard.

7. In terms of High Court's Circular P.Dis.No. 573/60, dated 22nd August 1960 the Office of the Estate Abolition

Tribunal, Tirunelveli will function in full for the purpose of receiving papers etc., during the vacation.

1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and

Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers conﬁ rmed by the

G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15-07-2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.280

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 03-11-2023 subject to conditions the following

variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and

published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12-10-1994 Notiﬁ cation

No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

dated 09-11-1994

numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Coimbatore Master Plan, South Taluk, Singanallur

Village No: 54, Page No: 185 & 186 in S.F. No. 472pt the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use the expression S.F.No. 472 pt shall be added before the entry of

S.F.No: 473

Under the heading "Agricultural’’ the expression S.F.Nos. 421 to 505 shall be deleted and in Under Heading

of Agriculture use 421 to 471 & 472pt, 474-505 shall be added.
