Dr. Beela Rajesh, IAS., (TN: 1997) has been

permitted to change her name from "Dr. Beela Rajesh to

Dr. Beela Venkatesan". She will accordingly be recognized as

"Dr. Beela Venkatesan" for all official purposes.
