In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 24 of the Right to Information Act, 2005

(Central Act 22 of 2005), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby specify the Anti Terrorism Squad established by

the Government of Tamil Nadu for which the said Act shall not apply.
