TMT. S. VIJAYADHARANI, MEMBER OF THE TAMIL NADU LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY.

"Whereas, Tmt. S. Vijayadharani, a Member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, representing

the 233. Vilavancode Assembly Constituency, in her letter dated 24th February, 2024 addressed to me as

Speaker of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, has resigned her seat as Member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly

with effect from 24th February, 2024.

Now, therefore, I, M. APPAVU, Speaker of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly hereby accept the

resignation of Tmt. S. Vijayadharani, as envisaged under Rule 22 of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly

Rules and is in accordance with Rule 21 of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Rules. Under Article

190 (3) (b) of the Constitution of India, her seat has, therefore, become vacant with effect from 24th February, 2024.
