In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bb) of Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in

Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies the selection

of the National Centre for Coastal Research (NCCR) for entrust the work for preparation of time bound

Comprehensive Action Plans to mitigate coastal and marine pollution along coastal stretches of Tamil Nadu.

Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares awarding the

work to the Suganthi Devadason Marine Research Institute, Tuticorin for restoration of degraded coastal

wetlands focusing on seagrass meadows in Gulf of Mannar, Tamil Nadu to strengthen climate adaptation and

enhance livelihood opportunities for the local communities under the Tamil Nadu Wetlands Mission.

Tamil Nadu Fibre Net Corporation Limited (TANFINET) as optional procurement agency for providing connectivity

services (i.e.) Multi-Protocol Label Switch (MPLS), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Internet Leased Line

connectivity (ILL), Broadband to Government offices and its agencies.
