NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL
PURPOSES ACT, 1997.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit to Doubling of Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Vanchi Maniyachi and Nagercoil
in Vadiweeswaram East Village of Agastheeswaram Taluk in Kanniyakumari District, and it having already been
decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled
or managed by the Land Acquisition Officer/ District Collector, Kanniyakumari. The following Notice is issued
under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below
measuring 3122 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for the formation of
Doubling of Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Vanchi Maniyachi and Nagercoil in Vadiweeswaram East Village
of Agastheeswaram Taluk in Kanniyakumari District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector, Kanniyakumari, and may be inspected on any day
during office hours.

Way Broad-Gauge Railway Line from Omalur to Mettur Dam in Omalur Village of Omalur Taluk in Salem District, and
it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the
funds controlled or managed by Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

the purpose of State Highways - formation of Highways Purpose to wit for widening the existing road and elimination
of acute Curve in Kanyakumari Pazhaya Uchakadai Road SH 179 and it having already been decided that the amount
of Compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the State
Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,
2001.
NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the
lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 0.1769 Hectares to the same a little more or less needed for
purpose of State Highways - formation of Highways Purpose to wit for widening the existing road and elimination of
acute Curve in Kanyakumari Pazhaya Uchakadai Road SH 179.
The plan of the lands under acquisition, are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M) Kanyakumari,
may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park and it having already been decided that the amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing
Director, SIPCOT, The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land
for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below
measuring an extent of 11.1250 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for
SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Tiruvallur and Special Tahsildar(LA), Unit,
Tiruvallur which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be
acquired for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park, Dharmapuri and it having already been
decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or
managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 199
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below
measuring an extent of 4.8500 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for SIPCOT
- SIPCOT Industrial Park, Dharmapuri.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Dharmapuri and Special Tahsildar(LA), Unit,
Dharmapuri which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

No. VI(1)/196(a-12)/2024.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to
be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the formation of “New Railway Siding Facility for Hindustan
Petroleum Corporation Limited Madurai (LPG Plant)” and it having already been decided that the amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Hindustan
Petroleum Corporation Limited.
The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial
Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act,10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu
Act, 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land / lands specified in the Schedule below measuring
7.54.12 hectares to the same a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for the formation of “New Railway
Siding Facility for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited Madurai (LPG Plant)”.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector Office, Madurai may be inspected on any day during
office hours.

be acquired for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for the purpose of Strengthening and Widening
of SH-58 ((part)-2) Kanchipuram– Arakkonam – Tiruttani Road at 66/940 Km to 108/719 Km, Thanigaipolur Village (Part – 4)
(Addl), Arakkonam Taluk in Ranipet District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be
awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (H), Vandavasi & Kanchipuram
Additional charge Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)
of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)
NOTICE
Under sub–section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

acquired for the Chennai –Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for the purpose of Strengthening and By-Pass of
SH-58 (Part) Kanchipuram - Arakkonam -Tiruttani Road at 66/940 Km to 108/719 Km), Paruthiputhur Village (part-1) (Addl),
Arakkonam Taluk in Ranipet District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation
to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional
Engineer(H),Vandavasi & Kanchipuram Additional charge Chennai–Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project.
The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001
