In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Heritage

Commission Act, 2012 (Tamil Nadu Act 24 of 2012), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby appoints the 1st

March 2024, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
