In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Apartment

Ownership Act, 2022 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 2022), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints

the 06th day of March 2024 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
