NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be

acquired for Highways Department to wit for formation of By-Pass Road in Namakkal Town (From 0/0 km to 0/580 km)

in Mudhalaipatti (Part-II) Village of Namakkal Taluk & District and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways

Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an Extent of

882 Sq.mtrs., in Mudhalaipatti (Part-II) Village of Namakkal Taluk & District to the same, a little more or less needed

for the formation of By-Pass Road in Namakkal Town (From 0/0 km to 0/580 km).

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, LA, TNRSP-II, Nagireddi

Thottam, Guindy, Chennai-32 and the Special Tahsildar(LA),CKICP, Namakkal may be inspected on any day during

office hours.

for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Strengthening and Widening of SH-58(1) Chengalpattu –

Kancheepuram Road at (From Km.40/300 to Km.40/800), Palur-C (Addl) Village, Chengalpattu Taluk & District and it

having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds

controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (H), Kancheepuram Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project.

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act

34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub–section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 174 Sq.mtrs to the same

a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Strengthening and Widening of

SH-58(1) Chengalpattu – Kancheepuram Road at (From Km.40/300 to Km.40/800), Palur-C (addl) Village, Chengalpattu

Taluk &District.

The plan of the land are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial

Corridor Project, Kancheepuram, and the office of the Special Tahsildar,( Land Acquisition) Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial

Corridor Project Kancheepuram Unit may be inspected on any day during office hours.

between Manapparai and Chettiapatti stations in Manapparai Taluk, Sevalur (P) Village, Ward D, Block No.2, Tiruchirappalli

District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid

out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of

section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE
