In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under section 65 of the Waqf Act 1995, the Tamil Nadu

Waqf Board in its Resolution Item No.81/23 in R.C. No. 9702/22/B4/TVLR dated: 28.11.2023 has ordered to take over

THULUKA CHATRAM CHARITIES, RED HILLS, TIRUVALLUR DISTRICT (G.S.No.138/TVLR) under the Direct

Management of Tamil Nadu Waqf Board from 28.11.2023 and to appoint the Executive Officer Chennai and

Poonamallee Zones Direct Management Waqfs as its Executive Officer.

Board in its Resolution in item No.314/23 in Rc.No.18704/22/B4/CGT dated: 20.12.2023 has approved the BYE LAW for

the Waqf in respect of KEELKATTALAI JAMIA PALLIVASAL, KEELKATTALAI, TAMBARAM, CHENGALPET DISTRICT for

better administration of the Waqf.
