NOTIFICATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017.

AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

[G.O.Ms.No.67, Commercial Taxes and Registration (B1), 16th April 2024,

Chithirai 3, Kurothi, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2055.]

No. II(2)/CTR/312(a)/2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act,

2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor of Tamil Nadu,

on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments to the Commercial

Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(2)/CTR/17(c-3)/2024, published at pages 2-11 in

Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 9th January, 2024,

namely:-.

Amendment.

In the said Notification in para 4, for the words and letters “1st day of April, 2024”, the words and letters

“15th day of May, 2024” shall be substituted.

2. This Notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 2024.
