NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land specifi ed in the Schedule below

to be acquired for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Strengthening and Widening of

SH-58 (part)-2) Kanchipuram – Arakkonam – Tiruttani Road at 81/650 Km to 84/620 Km, Pinnavaram (Addl-2) Village,

Arakkonam Taluk in Ranipet District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be

awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai –

Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Vandavasi. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section

15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub–section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent

of 1406 Sq.mtrs to the same a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor

Project for Strengthening and Widening of SH-58 (part)-2) Kanchipuram – Arakkonam–Tiruttani Road

at 81/650 Km to 84/620 Km, Pinnavaram (Addl-2) Village, Arakkonam Taluk in Ranipet District

The plan of the land are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (L.A), Chennai-

Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram, and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar, (Land Acquisition)

Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Arakkonam in Ranipet District may be inspected on any day

during offi ce hours.

for Highways Department to wit for the formation of four laning in SH-15 Gobichettipalayam – Chithode Road in Erode

District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid

out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer, TNRSP-II, Tirupur. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of section15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an Extent of

360 Sq.mtrs in Periyapuliyur Village, of Bhavani Taluk, Erode District to the same, a little more or less needed for

Highways to wit for the formation of fourlaning in SH-15 Gobichettipalayam–Chithode Road.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (LAO),Tamil Nadu Road Sector

Project-II, Salem and Special Tahsildar (LA), TNRSP-II, Tirupur may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing

Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of

Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 10.3900 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for

SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park.

The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special DRO(LA), Tiruvallur and Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit,

Tiruvallur which may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing

Director, SIPCOT, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition

of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 14.2550 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for

SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park.

The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special DRO (LA), Tiruvallur and Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit,

Tiruvallur which may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.
