In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 (A) (1) and 29(A) of the Legal Services Authorities Act,

1987, (Central Act 39 of 1987) read with Rule 3 (a) of the Tamil Nadu Taluk Legal Services Committee Rules,

1997, the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority hereby constitutes Taluk Legal Services Committees in 15

to issue the duplicate of the said Certificates. If the Originals were to be found by anybody, they should be treated as

invalid and sent to the Secretary, Board of Higher Secondary Examination / Directorate of Government Examinations,
